

- A fiera di a Canonica in Lucciana – Casamozza e Lucciana (Pentecoste weekend): a big fair dedicated to farm activities and craftsmanship, taking place inside the archaeological site of Mariana. The fair is reserved to sale of local agricultural and arts and crafts products. The event ends on Pentecostal day with a mass celebrated inside the Cathedral.
- Festa di l’Oliu Novu – Sainte Lucie de Tallano (end of March): peasant feast dedicated to olive oil, with culinary demonstrations, tastings and visit of oil mills.

- Journée du Fromage et du Vin – Cauro (second Sunday of April): a meeting of the main wine and cheese producers, with tastings and direct sales of products. This feast is the paradise for al Brocciu-lovers, who will be able to assist to practical cooking demonstrations of this precious fresh cheese.
- A Fiera di u Casgiu – Venaco (first week of May): a very renowned fair dedicated to Corsican cheese, probably the best place for cheese tasting.

- Cavall’in festa à Corte (beginning of June): an unmissable regional fair for horse lovers.
- Fiera di u Vinu – Luri (first weekend of July): a festival in homage of the many renowned wines of Cape Corse, known also outside the island. Visitors can participate to tasting workshops, conferences and music events, and to discover the local food and arts and crafts products. On the occasion of the festival, the wine museum of Luri (open from June to September, Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 12 am and from 16 pm to 19 pm) remains open for the whole weekend.

- A Fiera di a Petra – Lumio (second weekend of June): country fair for craftsmanship, agro food and arts, dedicated to local productions, with guided visits to many sites of the region, sculpture competitions, treasure hunts, concerts and entertainment for children.
- Fiera di l’Alivu – Montegrosso (half of July): a very renowned event drawing thousands of visitors every year. Protagonist of the event is olive oil. The festival proposes oil tastings, accompanied by other culinary specialties of the island and visit of the most characteristic oil mills.
- A Bocca di u Pratu – Quercitello (first weekend of August): a renowned agricultural fair in the heart of Castagniccia, where you can find many gastronomic and local craftsmanship products, as well as animals competitions, tastings, meeting with poets and narrators, traditional music concerts and a race competition until the village of San Pedrone.
- A Fiera di u Turismu Campagnolu – Sollacaro/Filitosa (first weekend of August): typical products and a suggestive location in one of the finest archaeological sites of Europe are the ingredients of this fair, with a rich calendar of concerts and events.
- Fiera di l’Amandulu – Aregno (first weekend of August ): a fair of craftsmanship and gastronomy, dedicated in particular to almonds, in the background of the hills of Upper Corsica, with tastings, conferences, concerts and entertainment for children.

- A Festa di a Nucciola/Destination noisette – Cervione (August): fair dedicated to the valorization of the precious nut of Cervione, with tasting of dishes made with nuts, exhibitions, street artists and folkloristic groups.
- U Miele in Festa – Murzo (third weekend of September): a thematic event dedicated to honey: a good occasion to taste the best qualities and try the tasty recipes of cakes, cheese and other Corsican specialties prepared with honey.
- A Nostra Mela/Journées de la Pomme et des Produits Naturels – Bastelica (first weekend of november): the Prunelli valley is renowned for its apple plantations, which produce a delicious fruit at the base of numerous jams, mousse, fruit juices and cakes. On the occasion of the fair, the stands offer tasting and sale of all typical products, especially sausages. The local specialty is the fittonu, a sausage made with liver.
- A Ghjurnata di a Castagna – Evisa (half of November): one of the biggest chestnut festivals, with the possibility to taste the numerous delicacies prepared with this fine autumn product.
- Fiera di a Castagna – Bocognano (first weekend of September): this is said to be the most important fair for agro food, drawing 20.000 visitors every year, who have the possibility to buy here the best products made with chestnuts, or to participate in thematic conferences and meetings.
