The reception desk closes after 22:00; in case of late arrival, please call the hotel or use the emergency phone number indicated on the reception door. The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards, and will not guarantee your booking if you don't give another credit card number. Only the junior suites can accommodate an extra bed.
